Guided conversations for people navigating loss and major life changes.
You don't have to carry your grief alone.
Why This Space Exists
Grief changes the way we move through life. Whether it comes through death, divorce, illness, lost relationships, or major life transitions, it can leave people feeling isolated in experiences that are difficult to explain to others.
These sessions were created to offer a small, guided space for people to speak openly about what they are carrying. Not to resolve grief or “move on” from it, but to better understand how to live alongside it.
My name is Rane Vega, and I've experienced my share of significant life changes. I am not a licensed therapist, and I am not here to offer you advice or resolve anything. I’m simply someone who has lived through deep loss and understands how important it can be to feel heard without judgment, pressure, or the expectation to have everything figured out.
The goal of these conversations is simple: to create a respectful space where people can share their stories, listen to others, reflect honestly, and feel less alone in the reality of grief and change.
You do not need to have the right words or answers to participate. You only need a willingness to show up as you are.
